These terms constitute an agreement and understanding between you, the client, and Easy Realty Rentals in relation to the subject matter. By using this site you are deemed to agree to these terms.

Easy Realty Rentals is solely a temporary intermediary between property owners and persons wishing to rent accommodations. Once the initial phase is terminated with a booking or enquiry, owners are entirely responsible for concluding the agreement in keeping with the terms established in the booking. This includes terms and conditions of payment.

When booking a property we would recommend that you ensure all details, including any booking conditions, are confirmed by e-mail or in writing with the owner. We would also remind you that travel insurance is essential and is best taken out at the time of booking your accommodation and travel.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
