Half way between the medieval walls of Monteriggioni and the wonderful city of Siena (in 10 minutes distance from each other), is located the property The Well. It is a big house of hunting lodge of the 15th century, to which a Chapel in the 18th and other out-buildings in the 19th century have been annexed. Vines and olive trees, cypresses, firs, planets, ilexes are around the property for about 14 hectares.

Il Fienile di Colletalli is an ancient barn restored by the passionate and experienced hands of its owner, Luca Saltafuori, who converted it into a beautiful and original countryhome using traditional Tuscan techniques and materials. Il Fienile perfectly combines rural simplicity, functionality and all modern comforts.

Absolutely incredible view and very peaceful setting. The house is perfect for 4-6 people, but might be a little crowded for more as there is a combined living room/kitchen area that only has a futon sofa for comfortable seating along with a good size dining room table with 6 chairs.

There are places full of history and poetry. This impressive ancient palace of the 17th century, also known as Palazzo del Duca, set on the historic main borgo of Tavernelle, was a summer residence of the Podestΰ and Este Family (Duke of Parma). Restored in 1991, the palace has its original features, like spacious living areas and terracotta floors, local sandstone portals and doors and stunning vaults.
