Best of There is a lot of comfortable seating in the large 75 sq metre sitting room, which has a fireplace, billiards table, satellite TV, music system and a digital piano (please note that there are two low beams, one at each end of the room). From here there are beautiful views across to the mountains and down to the hamlet of Rigarda.

Welcome to our holiday cottage « le four à pain » (the bread oven). The cottage was beautifully restored and converted in 2006 and its charm, comfort and style promise an unforgettable break.

There are places full of history and poetry. This impressive ancient palace of the 17th century, also known as Palazzo del Duca, set on the historic main borgo of Tavernelle, was a summer residence of the Podestà and Este Family (Duke of Parma). Restored in 1991, the palace has its original features, like spacious living areas and terracotta floors, local sandstone portals and doors and stunning vaults.
