The clean and comfortable accommodation, consists of an open-plan living/dining room with wood-burning stove, tiled floor and french windows to garden; kitchen area (incl. w/machine and f/freezer); double bedroom (plus single bed and pull-out bed); shower room with wc. French television is available, as well as a DVD player. Outside, garden furniture and a barbecue are provided.

The house is set on its own secluded grounds of 2 acres amongst olive trees and lavender, as well as many large shade trees. The property enjoys extensive scenic views of the surrounding countryside

Catherine and Jean-François welcome you in three newly colourful restored barns, grouped round the courtyard of a large country house: LIris, le Tournesol and la Pivoine (blue, yellow and red). Come and enjoy the local wines and have a chat about the Loire Valley! L'Iris sleeps 5 in 2 double and one single rooms, Le Tournesol sleeps 6 in 1 double and 2 twin bedded rooms.

La Moulinal is a superb property, with two tastefully restored 18th century cottages, located in an idyllic park of 1,7 ha (4.4 acres) with a very nice swimming pool (12x6m2). The cottages combine authenticity with all modern comfort and their ancient thick walls will guarantee a cool refuge when the summer heat next to the pool may be just too much for a while!
