This detached stone cottage with a private swimming pool is situated in the historic village of Kaya Koy (1500 inhabitants), near Fethiye, on the Aegean coast. Built in 2004, this Turkish style cottage has a pleasant garden (1500m2) with an unbroken view of the surrounding hills. Its decoration is also typically Turkish. It is in a spot that is both peaceful but close to everything you need: restaurants (250 metres), minibus (250 metres), local shops, places of historical interest (150 metres), paths for walks (just by the house). You will find numerous shops and places to go in Hisaronu (5 km) and the port town of Fethiye (8 km). The nearest beach is just 40 minutes walk through the hills to Cold Water bay. You can also go to Gemiler Beach (5 km) and to the famous Oludeniz Beach (9 km) by minibus. Put simply, this is a unique cottage in a magnificent setting.
