From the kitchen, you have a spectacular view over the mountains and the valley of the river the Lima. The town Porto is located within 83km. and is worth a visit. The peaceful, broad sand beaches of Afife (30 minutes drive) are due to the high waves a true paradise for surfers and bodyboarders. Within half hours driveu will find the nature reserve Serra do Gerez spectacular views and sceneries.
