Description
This huge villa is located just 1,5 km from the beach, in a very nice and little village with narrow streets and an almost medieval atmosphere. It is located about 4 km north of the city of Esposende, one of the major beach resorts north of Porto, and about 20 km south of Viana do Castelo, a beautiful city with an impressing history. The villa can be rented for 8 persons using only the main part of the house (170m2), or for 14/16 persons, using the main part plus the basement (100m2) which has its own kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 double bedrooms. In either case, you will always be the only client in the house, as the basement will not be rented separately.
The main house offers excellent facilities in the glass covered terrace with sea view: snooker, indoor barbeque and fitness equipment. The living/dining room is huge, however the furniture is a little old fashioned. The kitchen is enormous and fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. The villa is also equipped with central heating for winter seasons.
Ground floor: 1 hall, 1 kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 living/diningroom (TV, fire place, stereo), 1 WC, 1 verandah (BBQ, billiards, fitness equipment).
On 1st floor: 2x bedroom (double bed), 2x bedroom (2 x single bed), 1 bathroom (shower unit in the bath, sink, Toilet), 1 bathroom (shower, sink, Toilet).
Basement: 1 kitchen, 2x bedroom (1 pers folding bed, double bed), 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom (shower unit in the bath, sink, Toilet), 1 bathroom (shower, sink, Toilet).
