Description

Feel like a real Amsterdamer and enjoy an original residence on the water! A green space in the heart of Amsterdam with the deck decorated by bamboo. What a pleasure to spend a summer evening here amid all of the greenery and enjoying a drink at the table looking out over the beautiful Amsterdam canal. The apartment was built in 2007 and is equipped with a beautiful wood floor (type ?padoek?), the same in the kitchen with refrigerator, combi-microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The furnishings are simple but cheery and well cared for. The boat also offers extras such as a TV with approximately 25 channels and connection to the internet. There is a desk where you can work or eat. The entire place is heated with a CV radiator or cooled with a mobile airconditioner. A stair leads down to the afterhold where there are two beds and there is room for suitcases and baggage. People that find the height of the afterhold difficult (110 cm), can fold out the couch bed and sleep on its 140 x 200 cm. The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated
