Situated in a residential neighbourhood this semi-detached property is on two floors and from the roof terrace, there's a panoramic view over Capo Vaticano and it's even possible to see Sicily! The spacious living room has an open fireplace which is also to be enjoyed from the kitchen/dining room. The house is tastefully decorated and furnished in a very homely way with a spiral staircase to the first floor where you'll find the bedrooms and bathrooms. There's even a 'pergola' in the well laid gardens : a perfect place to hang out and relax. Follow the path that you share with a few other houses and it'll lead you to one of the most beautiful bays in the whole of Capo Vaticano. Capo Vaticano is located on the Tyrrhenian coast. Due to its magnificent view and landscape, this area is also known as the "divine coastline." From the light house, one can see the Stromboli volcano and the sun setting. Discover Calabria, the toe of the Italian boot, and be ready to "feel" the real Italian life! NB: Arrivals after midnight will incur a supplement of 60Eur. In an emergency, if the plane is delayed or if there is a strike, the supplement will not be applied.
