Beautiful private cottage, with own swimming pool and lying a mere 15km from the city of Florence. It is located at the entrance to the village Impruneta, the entrance door to the Chianti region. This cottage is situated on a large property perched on a hill dotted with grey olive trees, overlooking the Chianti valley. The property also includes the owner?s private villa, a small restaurant, an olive press and a small farm from which a part is operational to this day. Besides this cottage there is another little cottage, a farmhouse and 8 apartments who all can use the large common swimming pool surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens overlooking the valley and countryside. Furthermore the reception is at the guests disposal for any information, reservations etc. This private cottage (ca. 110m2, located on the ground floor and a loft) has been decorated elegantly and with quality. The cottage offers extra services like international TV channels, private washing machine and dryer. Moreover you can enjoy having your own terrace with barbecue and swimming-pool. Note: If two bedrooms are used in the private villa please note that the second double bedroom is situated on a loft over the living room area.
