The house faces onto a communal courtyard bordered by oak woods and close to a large vineyard, where the Merlot and Cabernet grapes used by the owner to make wine, ripen. The farm makes up part of the Costanza-Fattori farm holding whose headquarters are in Pozzo Catena, in the heart of Solferino (Mantua Province). Mantua Province and other surrounding provinces are renowned for their excellent gastronomic traditions. The house is perfect not only for a relaxing holiday in the heart of nature and surrounded by genuine flavours, but also for visiting the captivating surrounding area, including towns such as Solferino (under 1000 m away), Castiglione delle Stiviere (7 km away), Verona (35 km away), Mantua (30 km away) and Lake Garda (10 km away). Upon request: the farm can host courses, seminars and other events for small groups. A small chapel is also available for religious ceremonies. A restaurant is to be found just 50m away.
