This holiday home is in a small hamlet in the Valle Versa in the south of the province of Lombardy. It is surrounded by 20 hectares of vineyards. The area is famous for its Spumanti wines. The village lies in the hills of Oltrepo Pavese on the river Po. This area of Lombardy is well known for its wine production. The holiday home is on the first floor. It consists of two apartments (2 studio apartments), each for 2 persons. Each apartment is around 40m2. One apartment is without a kitchen. Both apartments have separate entrances. They are connected and very near each other. It is possible to eat together in one of the apartments. There is a shared terrace with views of the Chardonnay vineyards. This is a very good place to relax with plenty of opportunities for enjoying fresh air. There is a shared small summer house. The holiday home is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday in the area. You can enjoy numerous excursions to interesting places. Pavia is around 40 km, Piacenza is 55km, Lake Garda is 120 km, Lake Como is 105 km, Genoa is 130 km and Milan is around 85 km.
