Guests have full use of the villa?s spacious ground floor, while the owners live discreetly on the upper floor. The area lived in by guests is unique; with the day and night areas separated by three steps. A bath with hydro massage, air conditioning, internet, black Varenna marble (as used in the Vatican) and other comforts all offer guests a holiday in the lap of luxury. Upon request: maid service ?15/hour. On request a place for your boat can be arranged, at the local harbour. The location is ideal even for the winter sport (the fashionable and exclusive St.Moritz is situated within 1hr drive) and visit Milan by train this way you can shop wonderfully in Milan without traffic and parking place: in the town there is a small and easy train station (info, prices and times on: www.trenitalia.com) from which the railway line passes at 30m of the vacationhouse (it is a secondary railway line which is not busily). Via the public boat transport, you can quickly go to Bellagio and reach the other side of the lake (info, prices and times of the boat line on: www.navigazionelaghi.it) For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
