This holiday home is only some 50 m away from the sea and the beach of Cavi di Lavagna. This apartment (ca. 60m2, first floor without lift) is part of a building with several apartments and is located in the old part of the village. The location is ideal for families with children who will have fun in the sea (accessible by foot via a tunnel). The train station is approx.100m away and various places are within easy reach like Monterosso (ca. 30 min), the 1st part of the famous Cinque Terre: 5 villages with spectacular locations on rocks above the sea with brilliant panoramas. The holiday house benefits from a great location to discover Portofino (20 km) or Genua (Genova, 50 km), the largest harbour town with a pretty historical centre (Unesco World heritage) and the most famous aquarium in Italy. Pisa (approx. 1.5 hour), Florence, Milan (ca. 2 hours), etc. are accessible by train or car. Attention: The noise of the motorway/railway can be heard in the holiday home, due to the proximity of the station and the provincial road. Despite this, the holiday home is only 50 m away from the sea.
