You can make use of the big (communal) garden with swimming pool (14x5m), playground for the children, mountain bikes and horse stable. In the neighbourhood are woods where you can walk peacefully or horse ride. You will find the accommodation on the perfect position to visit Umbria and Tuscany (Chianti area): Perugia is within 15 min. drive, Lake Trasimeno and Assisi within 25 min., Arezzo within 1 hour, Roma only within 2 hours drive.
