Description

Old typical "Casale" (sort of countryhouse) in the "green heart" of Italy, the province Umbria. The house has 5 apartments, recently renovated according to the style of the region. A communal swimming pool and other facilities ensure a pleasant stay. The location is favourable to visit the cities of Umbria easily: Assisi (20 min. drive), Perugia (25 min.), Foligno (25 min.), the Trasimeno Lake (30 min.) and Spoleto (50 min.). Roma is a half hours drive. Furthermore, it is possible to attend a wine/olive tasting (on request at the owner). A small cottage on the estate is sometimes used by the owner.

General: washing machine (shared, paid), heating (central), garden (fenced), BBQ, swimmingpool (private, opened from Jul upto and including Aug), play area, table tennis, cot, high chair.
