This holiday home (30 m² ground floor apartment) in a small villa, was entirely renovated in the summer of 2005. It is made up of a total of three apartments. The apartment has modern furnishings as well as air conditioning and a safe, amongst other things. There is a small shared garden for guest?s use, with tables and chairs, a patio and a private parking. It makes the perfect base for visiting the old town centre of Rome (even by public transport). Your apartment can be a little bit different to that on the photos: each apartment is different, yet the style is the same. Cleaning of the open kitchen should be done by the client (or there will be a charge of 50 euro). Services available upon request (not included in the price) only usable in the Manager?s office: Internet, telephone, fax, photocopies, meeting room.
