It is very convenient for all the town‘s facilities, just a short walk away to the indoor market, shops, pubs and restaurants and there are gentle walks along the River Usk and past Brecon's theatre along the canal, or through the Cathedral grounds to the Priory Groves along the River Honddu. Parking is under negotiation for a permit but in the meantime you can park for up to half an hour outside the property for unloading etc and the long tem car park is a short walk away and costs £2.20 per day 9-6pm.
