Description

A small holiday home created in an old farmhouse on the heights of Villeneuve-sur-Yonne. In a quiet location in a hamlet with a population of one hundred inhabitants, it has a large living room with lounge and dining areas and a kitchen corner. It has two bedrooms, each able to accommodate 2 people (1 with a small double bed and one with a large double bed). Combining authenticity and contemporary comfort (jet shower, wood pellet stove heating the whole house, hi-fi and video equipment), it will give you a relaxing holiday surrounded by forests and agricultural land. Close by there is the river Yonne and its activities, as well as a golf course (fifteen kilometres away).

Ground floor: 1 open plan kitchen (oven, freezer), 1 living/diningroom (TV, closed hearth, VCR, DVD player, stereo), 1 bathroom (shower, sink, Toilet). On 1st floor: 2x bedroom (double bed, bedding), 1 loft. General: washing machine, terrace, garden (fenced), garden furniture, BBQ.
