Description
An imposing flat (90 m²) located on the top floor of a magnificent chateau in the heart of the sun-drenched Poitou countryside, offering a beautiful view over the estate and its surroundings. Although situated a bit away from the major tourist routes, the region has a number of places that are worth a visit, including the charming, small but lively, historic town of Parthenay (25 km), and Poitiers (35 km). La Rochelle (120 km) on the Atlantic coast and the islands of Ré and Oléron are also worth a detour, as well as discovering the French wines and cuisine in the many local restaurants...

Tenants can take advantage of the 9 or 18 hole golf course (payment and reservation at the golf club).
