Description
Sauzet is located 20km to the southwest of Cahors. This cozy detached gîte is surrounded by vineyards and is constructed from natural stone. The gîte is very nicely but cozily furnished, ideal for 2 adults and a child. Around the gîte there is a regally fenced garden with breathtaking views, a secured well, garden furniture, chaises and a barbeque. The residence is very quiet with much privacy. In the village, 500 metres away, you will find a supermarket and some small shops. In the surroundings you can take wonderful walks, go wine tasting and visit lovely villages. Ideal for people who love quiet and nature.
The owner pays for 56kW of electricity per week. If consumption exceeds this amount, payment is the customer's responsibility.
On 1st floor: 1 livingroom (double sofa bed, TV (satellite), fire place), 1 open plan kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine), 1 bedroom (single bed, double bed), 1 bathroom (shower, sink, Toilet).
