The traditional fishing village of Grandchamp is not far and is well worth a visit. The historic sites of the D-Day landings, such as Omaha Beach, are only 15 km away. A visit to Bayeux near Caen, the city of William the Conqueror, will be the cherry on the cake. You can enjoy fishing, walking and cycling in the immediate area of the gite.
