Detached chalet for 10 persons in AGNIÉRES EN DEVOLUY between Grenoble and Gap. Because it lies in the South French Alps, a micro climate rules here, which means that the sun shines a lot and because of this it is lovely to enjoy the sun. This area is ideal for families with children due to the fact that there are many restaurants and bars in the environment and various activities to do in the mountains. For example, you can horseback riding, hiking in the mountains or take walks with a donkey, very nice for the children. In the area one can practise many different exciting activities such as rafting, para sailing, bungee jumping or ?Via Ferrate? (take a course against a mountain wall, secured and under supervision). You can also visit the nice markets in order to buy cute souvenirs or delicious local products. Also a lovely swim and practise water sports in Lac Serre Poncon at 1,5 hours driving is optional. The holiday house is peacefully situated between some other houses against the mountain. This splendid chalet consists of the ground floor and 2 storeys and is suitable for 10 persons, ideal for families. The holiday property is pleasantly and of a good standard furnished and has a wood stove in the living room. You have access to a terrace and a garden in where you can delightfully enjoy the sunshine or have dinner in the evenings with the family.

On 1st floor: 1 living/diningroom, 1 bedroom (queen size bed), 2x bedroom (bunk bed), 1 bathroom (shower, Toilet). On 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (single bed, double bed), 1 bedroom (double bed). General: garden furniture, cot, high chair.
