Description

Nestling at 1326 metres above sea level in the heart of the Southern Alps mountains, Briançon is one of the highest towns in Europe. Situated close to the shops and ski runs, this detached chalet (90 m2 approx.) can accommodate up to 6 people. The chalet is close a camping area, tennis court and the river La Durance. It has been pleasantly and tastefully equipped and has all the facilities you could need. Briançon is an ideal holiday destination both in summer and winter, a real paradise for sports enthusiasts who can, during the summer season, take part in a multitude of activities: hiking, via ferrata, rafting, paragliding, bike riding, climbing, etc. and in winter: snowshoeing, ice falls, cross-country and downhill skiing, snowboarding. From Briançon, via the Prorel cable car, you can ski in the Grand Serre-Chevalier skiing area with its 250 km of runs or choose to go to the French-Italian border (12 km) and ski in the resort of Montgenèvre. The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated
