Description

Situated in the surroundings of the ski-resort of Briançon, 1,5 km from shops and 3 km from the slopes, a wooden and stone chalet (270 m2), equipped with very sunny terrace, two spaces serving as playing rooms, a loggia, big annexes leading to an indoor swimming-pool and a big garage for two cars. Briancon is a city of art and history, situated below Montgenevre and close to Italy. It is a great holiday destination, both in summer and winter. You can ski in Briancon (1200-2800m, 250 km of slopes) and in Serre Chevalier(1350-2800 m). The sleeping arrangements of the top beds are not suitable for children of less than 6 years. The swimming pool is open in summer only.
