Description

Villa Sol y Luna is a detached villa in one of the suburbs of Torremolinos called Montemar. This name gives an excellent description of the location of the villa: 'Monte' means mountain and 'Mar' means sea. It is a quiet district in a Spanish town and yet only a few minutes (walking distance) from the beach, its promenade stretching for miles boasting a wide variety of restaurants, ranging from typically Spanish to good solid Dutch ones, little shops, a well-assorted supermarket and plenty of entertainment. The villa is situated on a hill-top and consists of two independent housing units (the Sol apartment and the Luna apartment), each with its own entrance and garden. 'Sol' is permanently occupied by a Dutch couple, 'Luna' is a spacious apartment (165m2), luxuriously and comfortably furnished to offer you a carefree, relaxed holiday. You can enjoy the swimming pool or one of the balconies overlooking the sea. Plenty of reading material is available, also for young people. The swimming pool is entirely private and has a jet stream. You?ll find a large garden table, deckchairs and bath towels at your disposal. There are a few small chairs for the littlest ones as well. If desired, we could also supply you with a cot. Interesting cities such as Málaga, Granada, Córdoba, Sevilla, Ronda and Gibraltar are within easy reach of Montemar. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
