In the centre of the 'Pireneos' you will find the small Perarrúa, at the foot of the high mountains, in a pleasant green valley at the pretty Rio Esera under the all-seeing eye of an old church on a rock summit. This is a 300 year old granite holiday home (300 m2) for 8 until 10 persons with sunny terraces nestling against the flank of the mountain above the village. The villagers cultivate vegetables on the other terraces. The cottage consists of 2 transformed barns with granite and flaxen walls. Extensions were built and the whole is in full harmony with the surroundings. The cottage is situated 150 m away from the village. 45 people live in the village in winter and approx. 150 in summer. Within 150m from the house is a pig farm. There are no shops or other facilities in the village, but 9 km away (in Graus) you will find what you need. The terrace is pleasant with its roof and views on the village, the church and the mountain range on the other side of the valley where big birds of prey often float in the air. The unspoilt nature and the past of the locals stretch behind the terraces with long abandoned farms, villages and churches. Half an hour's walk away you will find an old church on the rock summit with a magnificent view on the 'whole world'. The old village sources still provide refreshing cool water. Fossils and numerous herbs like thyme, marjoram and sage are present everywhere. Their scent gives a mysterious atmosphere to the air, lizards jump on the rocks and beautiful butterflies are everywhere. Each track or path in the partly woody landscape offers a new surprise. And about 200m under the cottage the river flows past the village. Bathing or relaxing at the beach under the high trees is lovely here. Nine kilometres down the stream there is a reservoir lake of 5 by 3 km with a lovely beach. You will find relaxation and recreation in (mountain) walking, cycling, swimming, canoeing, golf, fishing, canyoning, rafting, skiing (in Celrer at ca. 1 hour's drive!) and even parapenting or climbing! And doing nothing at all from time to time is lovely too. After an active day, the cottage offers enough space and facilities inside and out for after fun on the terrace under the twinkling stars, or cosily inside in the living room.

On 1st floor: 2x bedroom (double bed), 2x bedroom (2 x single bed). General: bedding, heating (Floor heating), terrace, garden furniture, cot.
