This special monumental country house (1896) is restored and furnished with much taste and an eye for detail. The furniture is handmade in Indonesia, the accessories are from India. In the building of the country house, you will recognise the ?estilo neocolonial? influence from South America, especially the arch galleries and the roof. Due to this mix of Eastern and Western styles, complimented by a tropical grown garden and the wonderful swimming pool, it will delusion you into a true dream environment. The country house directly situated in village Bordils consists of 2 parts, to know Can Tallada for 18 persons (ES-17462-02) and the former serving house Cala Maria for 8 persons, both with its own entrance. The two houses for 26 persons in total are ideal for incentives, weddings (limited on request with the house owner due to noise), cooking courses or a family reunion. On request, your stay can be filled with a wonderful dinner, prepared at the house by a professional chef. Bordils is a peaceful village, within 30km from the coast, where you can enjoy the beaches in Begur and Pals Platja. Pals are a mediaeval village, where time has truly stood still, and where you can find beautiful earthenware. The airport is within a short distance (15km), so that a stay in Can Tallada and/or Cala Maria is very suitable for a short stay. Even Barcelona is within 1 hours drive. Please note: after 10pm. please make sure to be quiet. On request an extra guest house (70 m2) can be rented consisting of a kitchenette, a bedroom, a sitting room (fire place, stereo) and a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters For a stay of 2 weeks you need to pay twice for the linen package
