Detached 3 bedroom villa with private swimming pool and airconditioning at 500m. from the village of Pals and 4 km from Platja de Pals beach on the Costa Brava. Platja de Pals is located on the Costa Brava and belongs to the prettiest part of the Costa Brava coast; a part which has not yet been touched by mass tourism. The old Pals - which lies on the hill - is one of the famous historical places of the Costa Brava with its medieval centre. You will find nice regional restaurants in Pals. The beach of Pals, Platja de Pals, has become a beach resort in the meantime and actually is the modern centre of Pals. Platja de Pals has many facilities like shops, restaurants and supermarkets. It is directly located on a long and extended sandy beach, with fine sand and clear blue water. Vegetation mainly consists of parasol pines. Platja de Pals mainly consists of low-rise buildings with residences of 2 or 3 floors, located around the golf courses, which have shaped the resort. The region offers enough possibilities from golf to water sports, walking to cycling and water parks for the kids. You can see the Islas Medes from the beach, with excursions being organised to visit these islands. Culture lovers can visit the Dalí museum in Figueras or the city of Girona with its old centre. The metropolis of Barcelona is approx, 1.5 hour's drive away. In short: Platja de Pals is perfectly suitable for families with children, away from the mass tourism of the Costa Brava.
