Playa de Pals lies 43 km. east of Girona. This house is subdivided into two houses, which can booked separately from each other. This house is also suited to be rented by two families. The house is through a closed nature parcel (800 m²) surrounded by trees and lies approx. 700 metres from the beach and 300 metres from the communal swimming pool.The 4-5 pers. house (ES-17256-22) is situated on the ground floor and the 2-4 pers. house (ES-17256-23) on the 1st floor (reachable through a spiral staircase). They both have their own, separate entrance.The ES-17256-22 has an efficient and rustic interior and contains of a grit garden with swing, partly covered large terrace with garden furniture and barbeque. The ES-17256-23 has a tasteful and rustic interior and contains of a rooftop terrace (25 m²) with garden furniture. On the closed parcel there is room for two cars for the ES-17256-22. Parking on the street side for the ES-17256-23. Specifics: The sleeping accommodaton in the livingroom of the ES-17256-23 is suited for one adult or two children. There is no heating in the houses. You can rent an electrical heater at the office and the costs will be calculated according use. Linen change 1 time(s) per week included
