A lovely holiday house situated only 12km from the sea and the nature park "Les Gavarres" where you can undertake lovely hikes and diverse excursions. Romanyŕ de la Selva is a small but beautiful town, which only has a church and two good restaurants. The house is divided into two parts; one section is where the owners live. The house is located on a property of 3000m, in the midst of the woods. It has a big woody garden, where you will find peace. Ideal for families with children or couples who want to enjoy the nature. Good location, due to the beaches of the Costa Brava (within 12km), Bisbal de l?Empordŕ; a town, which is known for its ceramics, the town Girona. Even the town Figueres with its famous Dalí museum and of course Barcelona are easily reachable. In the summer, there is a swimming pool (4,57m), which is shared with the owners.
