Description

Pineda de Mar lies 60 km. north of Barcelona and approx. 50 km. south of Girona. The urbanisation Pinemar is one of the outskirts of Pineda de mar and only 800-2000m away from the city centre. In this district are contracted an amount of duplex houses (50 m²), ca. 1-2,5km from the beach. These are detached properties with an upper and down home, each with its own entrance. The top house has a balcony with garden furniture, the down house a terrace with garden furniture. Therefore you can have neighbours upstairs or downstairs. Tha holiday houses are owned by different owners and therefore the interior can vary somewhat from each other. It is not possible to express your preference.
