Description
This holiday home (80 m2) is located in the province of Barcelona, in a small rural village in La Anoia, where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the region. The holiday home is simple but with all modern comfort. You will have a lovely view on the countryside which varies every season from your terrace (70 m2).
Adjacent to the house there is a small farm with 5 pigs and their piglets (children can visit it). The region of the holiday home is ideal for cultural routes to castles, Romanesque buildings and small villages.
The mountains and the sanctuary of Montserrat are only 45 min. away, the beach of Sitges is 1 hour away and the famous attraction park Port Aventura is at only 1.5h from the holiday home.
Ground floor: 1 hall, 1 garage.
On 1st floor: 1 kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine), 1 living/diningroom (TV, fire place), 1 bedroom (2 x single bed (attachable)), 1 bedroom (3 x single bed (attachable)), 1 bathroom (shower unit in the bath, sink, Toilet, bidet).
General: shower (outside), bedding, heating (central), terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, cot (on request).
