Description

El Campello lies approx, 20 km. North-east of Alicante. Casa Maria-Jan is situated on one of the mountain slopes in the peaceful district Coveta Fuma. This detached villa is split in two living sections. The top home is occupied by the owner. With enough privacy you will occupy the down home (75 m²). The rooms are equipped with fans. Around the swimming pool is enough space for garden furniture, lounge beds and a parasol. There is a covered terrace with a cosy wooden outdoor(dining) bar. For the children there is a slide and a swing. Where ever you are on the terrace, you will always have a marvellous view at the Mediterranean sea. Specifics: The swimming pool can eventually be fenced (in connection with small children). At the reservation you can subscribe if you want to use a third bedroom. Costs at high season EUR 100,- per week/ off-season EUR 75,- per week (to be payed at the owner at the spot). The end cleaning for this extra room is EUR 25,- per stay.
