Description

Rojales is situated ca. 6 km from the seaside resort Guardamar del Segura with its beautiful sandy beaches. It is a typical Spanish village. The municipality also includes a number of urbanisations and Ciudad Quesada is one of them. The villa (ca. 100 m²) is built against a hill and has a functional interior. From the street side you can access (without stairs) the tiled front garden (ca. 50 m²) with swimming pool as well as the living area and one of the bedrooms with a bathroom.
