In the southern part of the Thüringen forest lies the village of Schleusingen which is mostly known for it's lovely town square. Highlight of the region is the large lake Ratscher which is surrounded by hills and forests. This offers an ideal opportunity to swim, fisch, paddle and sail a boat. The cosy house Seeblick lies just 100 meters from the lake in the township of Heckenreuth. You occupy it all by yourself and have a nice view over the lake and the surrounding forests. The house lies an a 1000m² property with terrace and garden furniture and comes with a small boat which you can use to cross the lake at any time.
