Description
The Rur-Partie holiday residence (approx. 65 m2) is part of a historic row of houses called "Rur-Partie? built in 1700 and is located directly on the Rur opposite the market in the midst of the old city centre of Monschau. The holiday residence is located on the first and second floors of this craftsmans house, which is under the protection of Monument Care.
This is the ideal starting point to get to know the idyllic town of Monschau, with all of its attractions and to take a beautiful walk or cycling excursion in the fen regeion of the "Hohes Venn", in the Eifel national park or along the Rur. In addition, the city of Aachen is only a half hours drive away (approx. 30 km) and is really worth the effort of a visit.
On 1st floor: 1 livingroom (single sofa bed, TV (satellite), closed hearth, radio, CD player, play area), 1 kitchen diner (bar, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer).
On 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (double bed, bedding), 1 bedroom (2 x single bed, bedding), 1 bathroom (shower unit in the bath, sink, Toilet).
General: bedding, heating (central).
