Description
The ?Rur-Partie? holiday residence (approx. 65 m2) is part of a historic row of houses called "Rur-Partie? built in 1700 and is located directly on the Rur opposite the market in the midst of the old city centre of Monschau. The holiday residence is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of this craftsmans house, which is under the protection of Monument Care.
This is the ideal starting point to get to know the idyllic town of Monschau, with all of its attractions and to take a beautiful walk or cycling excursion in the fen regeion of the ?Hohes Venn?, in the Eifel national park or along the Rur. In addition, the city of Aachen is only a half hour?s drive away (approx. 30 km) and is really worth the effort of a visit.
On 3rd floor: 1 open plan kitchen (bar (eating bar), ceramic hob, oven (grill-oven), microwave, fridge freezer), 1 living/bedroom (1 pers folding bed, single sofa bed, TV (satellite), closed hearth, radio, CD player), 1 bathroom (shower, sink, Toilet).
On 4th floor: 1 bedroom (double bed, bedding).
General: bedding, heating (central).
