Situated in the old centre of the picturesque town Monschau, is this well furnished holiday house (approx. 298m2). The house is close to the market with its pleasant terraces, where it is good to abide! Monschau is idyllic situated 450m high, in the winding dale of the Laufen. Places of interest, which surely needs to be seen are the 18 century Red house, the mustard mills, the glass works and the Au-cloister with its exhibitions. With the tourist train, you will discover next to the town the 13th century citadel, which overlooks the town and it?s surrounding. Then there is a visit to the town Aken (38 km), the Hoge Venen (6 km), water sport on the lake (15 km) and Katherberg with its Eifeldom is surely recommended. And the children? They can enjoy a dive in the swimming pool (slide of 70m) or a fast trip on the long toboggan slide of the Eifel (length: 750m). In the winter are the beautiful ski slopes in Rohren (5 km) or in the Belgium Ardennes (30 km) the skiing is surely worth it. In short, for everyone interested! For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
