The friendly rural country village Hohnebostel, where the livestock and vegetation is still a big part of life, is situated about 20 km east of Celle. An enormous 19th century farm situated directly at the village entrance was transformed into two holiday properties several years ago by the landlord retaining as many of the original elements as possible. The first floor contains a special spacious (117m2) holiday property with three bedrooms which on the one hand are forseen with all modern facilities and on the other hand original oak roof beams and heavy with cast iron cladded doors. As an extra, the ground floor contains a small (30 m2) property (DE-29364-02) which one can book also. This is of course ideal for the grandparents or befriended couple who travel with you. Here starts for the children a voyage of discovery. Of course they can play on the playing devices in the quiet village, but they are also welcome to join the landlord while feeding the cows, ride along on the tractor or give the pony pieces of apples. For nature- and country lovers, this is the best that we have to offer. Specifics: The large house is, due to the original shingles, at certain spots less then 2 metres high.
