This 42m2 holiday home is in a residential building in an enclosed square. This simply furnished, comfortable studio offers space for 4 persons. The kitchen area is in a small, separate room. Some equipment such as a radio, CD and DVD players can be provided depending on availability. Please reserve when booking. A hairdryer is included. The building is in one of the principle areas of Berlin, at the edge of the famous ‘Mitte’. The ‘Mitte’ is an historical neighbourhood in the centre of Berlin with many places of interest. The home is ideally situated for easy access to the famous sights of Berlin on foot or by public transport. The Alexanderplatz is a 10 minute walk as is the congenial ‘Nikolaiviertel’ in the old part of the city. The famous ‘Unter den Linden’ avenue with its shops and museums is a 30 minute walk. There is a tram stop (line M2) at the corner of the building and a metro stop nearby (Rosa Luxemburg Platz, line U2). You can easily reach all corners of the city from this holiday home. Please note that there is a 20 EU late check-in fee for check-ins after 21:00.
