This 80 m2 holiday home is in a residential building occupied mainly by Berliners. The apartment looks out onto a quiet enclosed square on one side. There is a view of the street on the other side. The furnishing is simple and comfortable. The apartment enjoys the advantage of being spacious and full of natural light. Some equipment such as a radio, CD and DVD players can be provided depending on availability. Please reserve when booking. A hairdryer is included. The building is in a quiet area. There is a small playground for children opposite. The many attractions of the city are easily reached on foot or by tram (A tram stop is at the corner of the building), bus or city train from the nearby Nordbahnhof station. There is a lot to see and enjoy within walking distance. The fascinating ‘Monbijou’ area is only 10 minutes away. It has many attractions including a beautiful golden domed synagogue and the old ‘Postfuhramt’ post office. Today the post office is an exhibition centre for artists. The aclaimed Berlin Museum Island is only 15-20 minutes away. You’ll walk to the famous ‘Unter den Linden’ avenue with its museums, restaurants and shops in around half an hour. Please note that there is a 20 EU late check-in fee for check-ins after 21:00.
