Description

Chalet Sipkova lies in the Jizersky mountain range, in a small scale holiday village with only 10 chalets near the town Mnisek. This lies approx. 8 km. north of the beautiful city Liberec. An ideal destination for a residential holiday, there are endless excursions possible in the near vicinity. You can visit numerous fortresses, castles and Prague (100 km.). One has also set out many hiking- and biking tracks. The Bohemian Paradise lies at only 20 km. distance, this is a nature area which is known for its sand stone rock formations. The detached chalet Sipkova is situated on a slightly sloping surface, at the edge of a forest, near a wonderful reservoir. You can therefore jump into the water at approx. 40 m. from the chalet. You can also go fishing here (with a permit). The chalet has been built in 2005 and is neatly and of a good standard furnished. Outside as well as inside one has used a lot of wood in order to create a pleasant atmosphere and provide for a feeling to be more connected with nature. You have access to your own parcel with pergola and wooden tables and benches. There is also a camp fire place and a sand box. You can park your car in the sealed carport.

Ground floor: 1 livingroom (TV (satellite), closed hearth), 1 open plan kitchen (oven, microwave), 1 bathroom (shower), 1 WC. On 1st floor: 1 bedroom (2 x single bed, airconditioning), 1 bedroom (2 x single bed, double bed, airconditioning). General: heating (electric), garden furniture, sandpit.
