This detached, luxury villa was built in 2008. It is in a residential villa area on the edge of the village of Novy Drazejov. The village is one km west of the town of Strakonice which has all facilities. There are views of the garden with its camp fire area and swimming pool. The entrance to the house is by a short flight of three steps. The interior of the house is on one level. The holiday home is very near the River Otava and the woods are around 600 metres away. The surrounding area has many places of interest and there are cultural events and various sports to enjoy. Fort Strakonice is 1.5 km. There are bagpipe festivities in Strakonice in summer. The historic town of Pisek and its fort are 21 km away. The ruins of Fort Rabi and Fort Prachen are 25 km and 18 km away respectively. Blatna Castle is 25 km away. They are all well worth a visit. You can enjoy fishing in Lake Slanik 4 km away, a permit is required. You can also fish in the River Otava only 600 metres from the home. Smoking is prohibited in the house but allowed on the covered terrace. Linen change 1 time(s) per week included.
