Description
Kirchberg is one of the most famous villages of Tirol. It has a fantastic, wonderful location in the heart of the Kitzbüheler Alps, at the foot of the Hahnenkamm. Kirchberg not only has a very varied walking area, it is also centrally located which makes it a good starting point for trips to Kitzbühel or maybe even to Innsbruck. Naturally Kirchberg also has a great nightlife and good restaurants for you to enjoy. At a salubrious height of 1.100 m., 2,5 km from the centre of Kirchberg lies this detached country house of the Dutch (Brabant) family de Groot. The large country house on the Sonnberg is one of the most beautiful spots in Kirchberg with a truly breathtaking view. On the ground floor lies a very spacious holiday home (150 m2) with no less than three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Originally, these were built as three separate apartments, which makes it ideal for families that like to travel together but also appreciate the value of privacy. Each bedroom has a small sitting area and a colour TV (Dutch channels). You'll also find a very cosy living room with your own café with beertap. You do not even have to go to Kirchberg in order to enjoy a great après ski! The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with a private terrace, blessed with a view on the Kitzbüheler Alps and Kirchberg. You can also enjoy a communal swimming pool with stream jet (to be arranged on site with the accommodation owner).
Specifics:
You have your own bar with beertap. The accommodation owner can arrange a barrel of beer for you (payment required). It is not allowed to smoke in the bedrooms, however you are allowed to smoke in the living room.
