VILLA PATRIZIA MELOGRANO Castellammare del Golfo Bed accommodation: 2+1 Villa Patrizia is situated on a mountain that overhangs Castellammare del Golfo. It's surrounded by trees and has stunning panoramic view of the entire Gulf giving the possibility to spend a quiet and private holiday. You can choose between three types of units, according to your needs and costs, these are the following apartments: Bouganvillea, Edera, Melograno. The villa has a swimming pool, external showers, garden, barbeque, parking area that are shared among the three units. The distance to the city centre is about 1,5 km and 2 km from the sandy beach of Castellammare; it's approximately 35 km from Palermo airport and about 5 km from Scopello village. The owners live in one of the premises and could assist you at any time. Melograno is a cosy little cottage situated in the courtyard and covered with wonderful Mediterranean plants. This unit has one multifunctional open plan living room (35sq.m.) with queen size sofa-bed, a kitchenette with stove top and fridge; there is another small room with a single bed, a small bathroom with shower, and a lovely veranda overlooking the swimming pool and the sea at the distance where is possible to have a lovely outdoor dinners. There is air-conditioning.
