Il Fienile sits on a peaceful hill surrounded by the stunning, wild nature of the Colline Metallifere, one of the few still unknown, authentic and unpretentious parts of Tuscany. Il Fienile di Colletalli is only 5 minutes drive from Radicondoli, a perfectly preserved Medieval town surrounded by its original walls where you can get your daily shopping done, go out for a lovely meal and a lot more. The front door opens into a large, bright living room with a circular fireplace on the left and the open kitchen and dining room on the right. A discrete doorway on the right leads to the bathroom and to the first bedroom, placed above it. An open tread staircase leads down to the lower floor, where there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden. On this floor there are also a laundry room, an independent sitting room with a sofa-bed, and a wellness room with sauna, steam bath and deckchairs for relaxing. The 4 x 8 m swimming pool placed in front of the house is comfortably accessibile from both floors on a stone patio.
