Perfect for an independent vacation with friends or family for up to 14 people, our large and peaceful situated house, is a very idyllic place for relaxing in summer or wintertime, when you return from exciting excursions in the high mountains or skiing activities. A large, completely furnished kitchen with a gas-wood burning and electric stove make this house truly comfortable. Around the house there is a lovely garden (1.000 m˛) with different kind of biological fruits and vegetables. Children have enough place in house and garden to run around and play. There is also a children's play-ground 20 m under the house. Activities: paragliding, cycling, fishing, golfing, horse riding, mountain biking, mountaineering, skiing, swimming, tennis, walking, guided tours, botanic excursions, rock climbing, fishing Summer: there are footpaths in all grades of difficulty from easy walking until high alpine climbing. The free hiking bus will bring you right to the middle of the hiking paradise Rosengarten-Latemar. Winter: close, 30 min. by free of charge ski bus, to the skiing area Rosengarten-Karersee with it's 40 km of well prepared slopes for every level, 5 chair lifts, 11 t-bar lifts, 35 km of beautiful and panorama cross-country trails, connections with Sellaronda and Dolomiti superski. Autumn: 'Törggelen' typical Tyrolean meal with roasted chestnuts.
