An ideal location just 15 minutes drive to the popular resorts of Javea and Denia with their historic towns, fiestas and sea-side activities. If you like the quieter pace of life, a 10 minute drive allows you to escape into the picturesqu wine valleys and the breathaking mountains. The pool and sunbathing terraces enjoy spectacular panoramic, mountain views, whilst being symapthetically enclosed so as to be safe for children. The villa is provided with sunbeds, patio furniture and a BBQ to allow you to make the most of outside living. The pool terrace is home to patio table and chairs whilst an upper level shaded terrace has been thoughtfully designed to catch the breeze on those hot summer afternoons. This is furnished with recliners and even a hammock - a great place for relaxing and enjoying a siesta. Inside the villa is light and airy, aided by ceiling fans throughout the property. The dining area has an elegant glass tabloe and seating for six and is open plan to the kitchen and lounge. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, with a dishwasher planned for 2007. Also on this level are 2 bedrooms with wardrobes and ceiling fans. One of the bedrooms is a double and the other can be either a double or twin. We can prepare this as you wish. There is also a bathroom and shower room so that each bedroom has its own facilities. The lounge is down a few steps from the dining area, although still open plan. It has a large picture window taking in those spectacular views. Very comfortable sofas are arranged around a coffee table and TV with SKY satellite package, a VCR and a DVD player which, of course also plays CDs.
