The "maison d'amis" can accomodate 4-6 people and is a charming and authentically renovated 140 m2 stone farmhouse in pigeonnier style, with lovely wooden ceilings, charming terracotta floors, authentic fireplaces with woodburners, and a breath-taking 55 m2 living room! There is also a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 spacious bedrooms (15-25 m2) and a lovely mezzanine, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Outside there is a covered terrace, garden furniture for 6 and a barbeque. There is also a ping-pongtable, a volleball-field and a soccerfield. The 'Maison d'amis' is located in Lougratte, a small village of 400 inhabitants, in the northern part of the department of Lot-et- Garonne (47), between Bergerac and Villeneuve-sur-Lot, and less than 30 minutes driving from either town. The distance to BERGERAC AIRPORT (with regular flights form Ryanair and FlyBe) is only 20 km! This region is an ideal holiday location with a wealth of cultural history, a diversity of interesting sites, numerous footpaths, several hundred km of navigable waterways and many other attractions. Strong recommendations in the close vicinity (<30 km) are the castle of Monbazillac, the abbay of Cadouin and the medieval towns of Issigeac (10 km) Monflanquin (15 km) and Monpazier (25 km).
